Leben Community Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established in December 2019 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leben Community Co., Ltd. (Tokyo), a member of the MIRARTH Holdings Group (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market).

Following the completion of “THE MINATO RESIDENCE,” developed by Takara Leben (also a member of our Group) in Hai Phong, we officially launched our condominium management services. This marks our first step in introducing the management expertise cultivated in Japan to our Group’s real estate projects.

In Japan, Leben Community is a comprehensive real estate management firm with a history of approximately 40 years. We perceive the condominium management business as a “service industry.” Our quality philosophy is “to nurture a comfortable and healthy lifestyle, a sustainable environment, and valuable assets together with all stakeholders.” To achieve this, we provide services through SQMS, our proprietary service quality management system that incorporates the ISO 9001 standards.
